If you have never had lash extensions, brow lamination or brow henna before you will need to attend the salon for a patch test 24 hrs before your appointment.

 We will not be able to offer you a service without a patch test and your deposit will be  forfeited.

 If you have never had lashes done by us (but have elsewhere) please sign the waiver above no patch test will be required.

Deposit and cancellation policy
A 50% booking fee is required for all treatments booked online via the website. Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and other clients are not inconvenienced.
 Please keep in mind that no shows or last minute cancellations would leave our professionals with empty appointment slot times that could have been utilised by another client. This is why we require a 48 hour advance cancellation notice for a refund or to rebook your appointment. For appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice the booking fee will be forfeited.

 It is responsibility of any clients running late to notify the salon as soon as possible so that they can be accommodated to the best of the salons ability. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late and a appointment cannot be rescheduled for that same day your deposit will be lost 


If for any reason, you are unhappy with the lash extensions treatment we are unable to refund your deposit as it covers your technicians time and products used. Please ensure your are booking the right styling for lashes pictures can be found in the gallery and your technician will be more than happy to show you pictures if you are still unsure. Please also take note every eye is different on each person so images are a guide to the type of look you will achieve in the treatment.

We also have a no guest policy due to the size of the salon we cannot accommodate and extra persons during your treatment time so please arrive alone.




Notification of Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and Beelashfull. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of tis  Disclaimer Notice contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
